Run Henham
Next Race: 9th November 2025

The breath taking Run Henham is organised by EPIC Norfolk and held all within the grounds of the private, stunning Henham Park (home to Latitude Festival), with a 10km, 5km or 1km option.

Situated in the heart of Suffolk, close to Southwold, you will get to see the park grounds in all of its Autumn glory.

Race Entry: 10km: £25 + booking fee, 5km: £17.50 + booking fee, 1km: £10 + booking fee.

All entries include a bespoke race medal.

The 10km and 5km will include chip-timing.

Race numbers can be posted for £1.20 extra or collected on the day of the race.

10km: 09:00am start. 1-lap course. All entrants must be at least 15 years or over.

1km: 11:15am start. All ages.

5km: 11:45am start. 1-lap course. All entrants must be at least 11 years and over.

Race T-shirts: When entering, you can purchase an Official Race T-shirt as an add-on for just £15. Please select your size when entering (unisex sizes S to XXXL). They will be available for you to collect on race day.
