About EPIC Norfolk
Making a difference to communities through sport and physical activity
EPIC Norfolk is a Social Enterprise, meaning we are a not-for-profit organisation. It was formed in 2018 by the organisation’s Director, Steven Hitcham, who is a level 4 qualified instructor with a wealth of experience and knowledge within this sector and is certified in a range of specialist sport & physical activity qualifications.
We deliver community-based sports and physical activity sessions, as well as organising community sports events.
Our aim is to ensure that everyone in Norfolk and beyond has the opportunity to be physically active. This brings many positives to people’s health and wellbeing.
On our website you will find details of the activities we are involved in and offer across the county and beyond.
Some of these are in partnership with organisations such as Active Norfolk, Norfolk & Waveney ICB, Age UK Norwich, Norfolk CC, Broadland DC and Norwich Pride.
Some sessions are subsidised through surplus funds generated by the fundraising events we organise.
