Our Couchto5K running groups have become extremely popular in helping people who are not used to exercising go from complete inactivity to running 5K comfortably. We can deliver eight-week CouchTo5K running groups to kick start the journey of people improving their health and wellbeing through running.
The running groups are led by the EPIC Norfolk Director, Steven Hitcham, who has many years of experience in the fitness and health provision sector. The groups are also a great way to get out of the house and meet new people while all working towards a common goal – to get a little healthier. So even if you have never done any running before in your life, our friendly and inclusive groups are here to help.
