Spectator Points

Please be aware that there are road closures along the route so spectators should plan in advance.

Whilst there are car parks in Southwold, these may be full, so spectators are able to park in the official car park and use the shuttle bus before and after the race along with the runners to spectate at the start/finish line areas. The shuttle buses will start just after 7am, with the last shuttle at 8:30am. Return shuttles will start at 10:30am, with the last shuttle at 2:30pm. There are plenty of cafes in Southwold for spectators to take advantage of whilst waiting for their runners.

As well as the finish line on North Parade, there are a couple of points along the route where spectators can spot their loved ones twice.

Walberswick - spectators will potentially be able to spot their loved ones a few times around the village of Walberswick. There are two car parks in Walberswick, these are charged via the RingGo App. For information on Walberswick car parks please visit the Parish website - http://walberswick.onesuffolk.net/home/car-parks/

Please note that due to race day road closures, there will not be access to and from Walberswick between 9-10:30 am, so spectators will need to travel to/from Walberswick outside of these times.

Southwold Harbour - Towards the end of the race, runners complete a loop through Southwold Harbour twice. Spectators on Southwold Harbour will spot runners at mile 9 and 11.5/12 to give them a boost as they go into the final mile. There is parking at Harbour Quay West Car Park - https://maps.app.goo.gl/ixxhFGFn2MbrFVz49. Please note there is a one-way road closure here, so cars will need to enter via Ferry Road and exit via York Road.
